I decided to start with the LCHF (low carb high fat) diet today.
This diet is soooo wierd and really far from anything I’ve tried before. I mean, I can eat lots of fat but no carbs. I just had my first LCHF meal and it was lettuce, avocado, mozarella, shrimp and with that a dressing made of mayo, creme fraiche and some cream, garlic pepper and herb salt.
A part of this diet is not eating any light products, all full fat things. I can eat meats of all kinds, fish, seafood, cheeses, eggs, dairy, fat sauces etc. But I can’t eat fruit or bread or potatoes, pasta, rice… anything with lots of carbs really.
This is kinda like Atkins, or the stone age diet.
It seems to be working for alot of people, so I figured I’d give it a go.
